- Is this coaching, consulting, or discipleship?
- Greg and Linda’s focus during the relationship can be described as “mentoring, discipleship, and leadership development.” The relationship draws on all three.
- Why are engagements considered a relationship instead of a course?
- Greg and Linda recognize that training rolled out to leaders in a group treats every leader’s individual needs, challenges, and solutions as identical. That model fails to meet our individual development needs. One on one relationships are mutually enriching.
- Do I work with Greg or with Linda?
- Either, or both. Their focus areas are different and complementary — Greg strengthens skills in leadership, governance, organizational health, and culture change; Linda helps women lead from identity, wholeness, and sustained clarity. The first conversation will help to the align the relationship with your goals and inform everyone involved how to move forward.
- What does it cost?
- Terms, including the cost, are based on the first set of conversations. They will reflect the rhythm, focus, and length that are mutually agreed upon by you and Greg and/or Linda. However, the first conversation is free and carries no obligation.
